Audition Rules
1) If you auditioned or participated in the show last year you ARE eligible to audition this year. ONLY the 1st place winner is not allowed to audition for prize competition the following year. ANYONE can audition for an Exhibition act that is not competing.
2) Acts must be safe. Acts which significantly risk bodily injury will not be allowed.
3) NO profanity or vulgar lyrics in any vocal performance or dance music. This is a family show!!!
4) NO nudity allowed! Keep attire at a respectable and tasteful level.
5) NO alcohol, tobacco, or drug advertisements are to be shown on any clothing.
6) Acts MUST provide their own recorded music, instruments, props, etc.
7) Keep audition videos to under 3 minutes.
8) All final acts chosen must be available to perform for live broadcast and pre-recorded segments.
9) No drop offs allowed for children under 13 at the audition or the live broadcasted event. If a group of performers are under 13 then at least one adult must be present who is overseeing the group.
10) By auditioning you are agreeing to attend the headshot and video interview shooting day TBD
11) Performers do not have to reside in Coronado to participate.
Coronado’s Talent
Live Show Rules
1) All acts chosen for for the finals must be available for the live broadcasted show and any pre-recorded performances.
2) All participants must sign a waiver BEFORE performing.
3) Acts must be safe. Acts which significantly risk bodily injury will not be allowed.
4) NO profanity or vulgar lyrics in any vocal performance or dance music. This is a family show!
5) NO nudity allowed. Keep attire at a respectable and tasteful level.
6) NO alcohol, tobacco, or drug advertisements are to be shown on any clothing.
7) A sound/light technician and microphone(s) will be provided. Acts MUST provide their own recorded music, instruments, props, etc.
8) Live Acts will be allotted under 4 MINUTES to perform. This is a target and the producer will have discretion to allow some acts to exceed this time on a case by case basis approved before April 5th, 2021
9) Winners will be determined by judges and viewer votes.

11) There are 3 Categories: 1) Contestants under 18 years old 2) Contestants over 18 years old 3) Entertainers who are not competing but just performing to entertain referred to as an Exhibition Act.
The prize categories are as follows: $750 for Audience Favorite under 18 years old division. $750 for Audience Favorite for 18 years and older division. $500 for Top Fundraising vote.
Exhibition Acts are not eligible for any prizes.
